A four mile run, starting and finishing at Henfield Leisure Centre along mainly flat country footpaths and also along the River Adur and the Downslink (disused railway line).

The whole route is along public rights of way, footpaths and trails so please be respectful of other users and act responsibly.

The route alongside the river tends to be uneven  and cracked during summer months. We will inspect the course and marshal, flag or mark any aspects that we think need particular attention but please be run carefully.

Trail shoes are not normally required unless the weather has been very wet - we will advise accordingly if anything changes

Water will be available at the Start/Finish but we will be minimising the use of cups so please bring your own

Cakes will be for sale outside Henfield Leisure Centre and hot/cold drinks available from both Sharkys bar inside the Leisure Centre, and the Henfield Football Club bar will be open.

Toilets will be available inside the Leisure Centre, and also at Henfield Football Club

NOTE: Car Parking is VERY limited.
