PARKING

Limited parking is available on the site on hard-standing areas for around 200 vehicles.

This sounds a lot, but this requires at least 2-3 people in most vehicles for us to have enough space for you all to park on site.

Please car-share where possible.

There is also parking in Ditchling Village by the museum, church & community centre carparks, about a mile away.

Carpark will open at 9am for runners.

Driving speed is restricted to 10mph anywhere on the farm to ensure the safety of all visitors.

The Carpark onsite in the Farm will close by 10:30am & the gates will be closed to keep the site secure & the route safe for runners.

After this time, you will need to park in one of the two carparks in the village.

The carpark will re-open when the road parts of the route is clear of runners.

WATER

Water & Hi5 hydration will be available on the course at around ½ way and at the finish line.

Please bring your own re-usable cups. THIS IS A CUPLESS EVENT

TOILETS

Changing facilities and toilets available at the Race HQ Finish Line & also male & female toilets are available near the start line.

There are also shower cubicles available for cleaning up after the race.

HEADPHONES

A gentle reminder for all WSFRL events that NO HEADPHONES of any type.

Anyone found to be using headphones or bone conducting headphones will be disqualified.

CHARITY CAKE STALL, FOOD, DRINKS & MUSIC

We will be selling a wide range of delicious home-made cakes in aid of our chosen charity.

There will also be a bar onsite provided by Macs Farm with Beer, Wine, Tea, Coffee & hot/cold drinks.

We are currently aiming to have Burgess Hill Scouts with us, cooking breakfast & burgers & hot/cold drinks, but at this time, we are awaiting confirmation that this will be possible.

Well behaved dogs MUST be on a lead at all times on the farm. Please keep them under control and watch them at all times.

Dogs are not permitted in the "Meet the Chickens" Field.

You have full responsibility to clear up after them.
