Organised in conjunction with Henfield Leisure Centre it features a 4 mile race at 11:00 preceded by a Junior 1 Mile event at 10:15. The main race numbers are restricted to 500 so please apply early.

Seniors: A four mile run, starting and finishing at Henfield Leisure Centre. Mainly flat country footpaths including the Downslink and a riverside stretch along the River Adur

Minimum age:16 years

Juniors: Approx.one mile course starting and finishing at the Leisure Centre. Medals to JUNIOR finishers.

Entry Fees:

Adults: £5 for members of WSFRL Clubs; £7 for non-affiliated. All Juniors (Under 16) £1

All entries on day: £7.00 (4 mile) or £1 (1 mile).

Facilities: Changing rooms and showers available within the Leisure Centre. Henfield Football Club will be open for Toilets, hot, cold and alcoholic drinks. Cakes and coffee will be on sale but CARD ONLY taken. NOTE: Car Parking is strictly for Henfield Leisure Centre users only. park in the main village Car Parks (Sainsburys & The Library) from where it's a 10 minute walk

Water: will be available at the Start/Finish. As per WSFRL policy this will be cupless so please bring your own, but we will hold a SMALL stock of cups for emergencies.

It should no longer surprise anyone that there are not actually seven stiles! Rest assured, there used to be but over the years while the route has been largely unchanged, the stiles have been removed. How many are there now? You’ll have to count! NO prizes for getting that answer correct! We have toyed with changing the name to suit the reduced number but decided, in the same spirit of Sevenoaks which after the hurricane in 1987 no longer actually has the titular number of oak trees, that the name reflects the legacy of the event, and is a timeless classic within the Fun Run season. Honest!
