Time: Junior (14 yrs and under) 7pm, Senior (15 and over) 7:30pm

Venue: Opposite Goodwood Racecourse, Selhurst Park Rd, PO18 0PS

Facilities: Car parking, Toilets, Water station and the end of the course (please bring your own reusable receptacle), cake stall for post race refreshments; cash or card. 

Courses: Senior: Approximately 5 miles with a grassy start and finish incorporating 2 laps of the adjacent woodlands, the course is entirely off road on a variety of underfoot conditions, caution is advised thoughout. 

Junior: 1 lap of the grassy area of approximately 1 mile. 

Entry Fee: £5 seniors in advance (before midnight 23rd May) £7 on the day (card or correct cash). £1 for all juniors
