The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on Thursday, 1st May. We've tried to leave the deadline as late as possible, as we appreciate it's a busy time of year for many, so please appreciate that we will struggle to add any more manually after this date. Any additional runners should sign up on the day, subject to us not hitting our maximum number beforehand.

Entry fees to please be transferred to our account 09-01-54 / 62143481, using the name of the number in the reference.

Parking

On the day, there will be no parking available in the Hill Barn Recreation car park. However, there will be ample parking and Car Park marshals at Worthing College (Google Maps) about 100m walk from the race start/finish. Please see the map for additional available parking here.

Course

The Seniors' Race is an approximately 5-mile (8km) course over hilly, uneven chalky tracks and paths up to Cissbury Ring and back. Not suitable for U16’s. Unsuitable for wheelchair athletes. For those who have run the race in previous years, the course is unchanged. Strava map here.

In the event of poor conditions (i.e. the field is waterlogged), we may be forced to cut out the lap of the field at the beginning. A decision will be made on the morning; if this is the case, we will communicate this the best we can. The course would then be approximately 4 miles.

The Juniors' Race is approximately one mile around the field.

Facilities: Medical cover, toilets, changing area, no showers. Bags left at owner’s risk. Medals for junior race. Water at the finish; no water on the course.
